Dr. Chhaya Shinde is the Dean of HBT Medical College, Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, and HBT Trauma Care Hospital, Mumbai. A distinguished ophthalmologist with qualifications including MS, DOMS, FCPS, PGDHHM, and ACME, she has served as Professor and Head of Ophthalmology at LTMMC, Sion; Professor at Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital; Associate Professor at T. N. Medical College; and Lecturer at LTMMC.

NOTICE
Dean's Address
Honourable Dean of Hinduhridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Medical College and Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, Vile Parle, Mumbai, Dr. Sudhir Medhekar will address First MBBS students of 2025 batch on 03rd October at 10:30 AM at the Auditorium, New College Building.
All newly admitted students of the 2025 batch should attend the same.
All parents are invited to the Dean's Address.
Academic session will commence from 04th October, 2025 at 09:00 AM.
Boys' hostel is full. At present, there is no vacancy for boys. Please inform all concerned.
