- CME on “Common Perioperative Complications-How We Deal?” held on 11 th February 2023 attended by 110 delegates. Conducted in Collaboration with Anesthesia Academic Society (AAS).
- CME & WORKSHOP on “Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation- Workshop” held on February 20 th 2023 attended by 100 delegates.
- CME & WORKSHOP on “Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation- Workshop” held on February 27 th 2023 attended by 100 delegates.
- CME on “Emerging Anaesthesia Paradigm-Interventional Cardiology & Neurology” held on August 27 th 2023 attended by 120 delegates.
- WORLD ANAESTHESIA DAY CONFERENCE (WAD2023) held on 14 th &15 th October 2023 attended by 350 delegates. State Level Conference conducted in Collaboration with ISA Mumbai Metro.
SERVICE PROVIDED
Anaesthesia services are provided for-
- All elective and emergency cases in basic specialties of General surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopedics, ENT/Ophthalmology, Dental and Maxillofacial surgery as well as super-specialties of Neurosurgery and Plastic surgery.
- USG guided procedures are performed like central line cannulation, regional blocks.
- Anaesthesia services for Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Interventional Neuro- radiology.
- Emergency obstetric cases in Labor OT round the clock.
- Specialized psychiatry procedures like Pentothal interview and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
- Patients requiring critical care in Anaesthesia Recovery Room (Post Anaesthesia Care Unit).
- Pain clinic services for Acute and Chronic Pain.
COURSES OFFERED:
- Diploma in Anaesthesia recognized by College and Physicians started in October, 2016.
- DNB Anesthesia (Primary and Secondary) started in Jan 2017.
- From 2022 onwards Diploma and DNB courses are discontinued.
- MD Anaesthesia course started in 2021-2022.

- Conducted CPCR workshop for 150 I st year MBBS students of our college in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
- CME on “Hypoxia and Oxygen Therapy” on 6th February,2016 attended by 170 delegates.
- CME on “Non-Operating Room Anaesthesia” held on 19th November 2016 attended by 160 delegates.
- CME on “Endocrine Anaesthesia –Practical Aspects” held on June 19th 2017 attended by 180 delegates.
- CME on “Practical Aspects of Critical Care” held on November 25th, 2018, attended by 100 delegates.
- CPCR Training workshops for health care personnel and medical students.
- ISA WEBINAR on “Pediatric Neuroanaesthesia” done on 29/04/2022.
- ACLS WORKSHOP conducted on 27/04/2022 for General Surgery Department residents.
- COLS was conducted on 01/05/2022 for general public Awareness at Kaifi Azmi Park, Juhu.
- Provided anaesthesia services for live workshop conducted by Orthopedic department “WIROC GLOBAL” in March 2022.
- Provided anaesthesia services for live workshop conducted by General Surgery department “Laser in Surgery & Ulcer Update-2022” on 11th June 2022.
- CME on “Why Mothers Die – Revisiting Maternal Cardiac Arrest Guidelines” held on August 27 th 2022 attended by 120 delegates. Conducted in Collaboration with Association Of Obstetrics Anaesthesiology (AOA)
- CME on “Perioperative Management of Patients with Renal Diseases” held on September 17 th 2022 attended by 170 delegates.
- “Regional Anesthesia Workshop” conducted on 4 th November 2022 in Association with Borivali Society of Anesthesiology (BSA). National Level ISA. Attended by 30 Delegates.
- “COLS Workshop”- Total 12 Workshops conducted from September 2022 to October 2022.
COVID SERVICES:
- Management of Covid ICU and operative services.
- Provided Residents for Covid ICU duties in our hospital.
- Provided faculty and residents for Sven Hills covid duty.
FUTURE PLANS:
- Anaesthesia services for Cardiothoracic, Urology and Pediatric surgery.
- Fellowship courses in Superspeciality (Neuro, Cardiac and Paediatric) anaesthesia, Regional anaesthesia, Pain and Critical care.
- BPMT courses for Anaesthesia Technicians.
